Hello, my name is Melissa Shiffer, creator of Beautifully Haunting. Make-up has been my primary artistry medium & a huge part of transformation. For 20yrs now, I have been a regional education trainer for MAC cosmetics and in the industry for over 25 and have been lucky enough to have done it all!!
